Scheduling Immunizations
It is recommended that you call your child's physician to schedule immunization appointments. Bloomington Public Health offers low cost immunization clinics. Dates and times of community immunization clinics can be obtained by calling Bloomington Public Health at (952) 563-8900. Clinic hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. More information may be obtained by calling the Minnesota Immunization Hotline at 1-800-657-3950.
Students may receive legal exemption from the immunization law for medical reasons or conscientiously held belief. It is necessary to provide a notarized exemption form to the health office in order fullfill state requirements. Exemption forms are available in the health office.
