    General Registration Information for Summer 2010

  • Registration requests for Edina School District Residents will begin March 18, 2010 online at 8:00am.
  • Registration requests for non Edina School District Residents will begin March 25, 2010 online at 8:00am.
  • You must have your credit card (Visa/Master) and expiration date to complete your registration.
  • A non-refundable $10.00 registration fee is charged for all ECFE, Book Buddies and Kindergarten Camp classes and ECFE sibling care.
  • A non-refundable $25.00 registration fee is charged for blocktime childcare.
  • The entire summer tuition will be debited from your credit card May 4, 2010.

Class Cancellation Policy Summer 2010

  • Please call the office at 952-848-3949 or email elaregan@edina.k12.mn.us if you decide to cancel your class registration.
  • No refunds are given after May 21, 2010 for Session I.
  • No refunds are given after June 18, 2010 for Session II and Kindergarten Camp.

General Registration Information for 2010-2011

  • The age of your child as of September 1, 2010 determines your class for the entire school year and you are registering for a Sept-May class.
  • The school year is divided into two semesters. The exact number of weeks varies depending on the day the classes meet. We will be closed for many of the District release days for K-12 classes.
  • Sibling care is guaranteed when attending an ECFE class.
  • You must have your credit card number (Visa/MC) and expiration date to complete your registration.
  • For current participants, we suggest you check your password and login prior to registration to assure a smooth registration process.
  • For one day per week class: First semester tuition and a $25 non refundable registration fee are due at registration. Second semester tuition will automatically be charged to your credit card February 2011.
  • For multiple day class: May 2011 tuition and a $50 non refundable registration fee are due at registration. September thru April tuition will automatically be charged the first week of the month beginning September 2010.
  • For Saturday and evening classes: The course fee and a $10 non refundable registration fee are due at registration. Registration begins August 2010.
  • Sibling care: First semester tuition and a $25 non refundable registration fee are due at registration. Second semester tuition will automatically be charged to your credit card February 2011.
  • If you do not have access to a computer, you may come to the Community Center, door #3 and use one in the Family Center Office.
  • You may also download a registration form that can be mailed or brought in person to our office. Faxes will not be accepted.
  • After completing your registration you will be sent an email stating: “Thank you for submitting your Edina Family Center registration request.” You will be notified by email concerning your admittance status within 3 working days. Please check your junk email if you do not receive this email.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY for 2010-2011

  • Cancellations must be received in writing or by email by April 30, 2010 to receive a full tuition refund. Registration fees are always non refundable.
  • One day classes: A $50 cancellation fee will be applied beginning May 1, 2010.
  • For Multiple Day classes: May 2010 tuition is non refundable beginning May 1, 2010.
  • Saturday and Evening classes: A $25.00 cancellation fee will be applied beginning September 1, 2010.
